Sweet Tooth, Drunkard, Legendary Defender of Ascalon

Totally silly things must be done to get these titles

Followed by all other "activity" titles listed on the Wiki:
Lucky, Unlucky (stand around afk, plus this stuff affects lockpick retention.
Grand Master Treasure Hunter
Source of Wisdom

The treasure/item id titles are in general not bad, but they are massive grind. And should so much be account based. Dumping gold items in storage all the time to id it with the main char sucks!

The same applies unfortunately to SS/LB. The EOTN skills at least offer "books" to push the title, and even these can and should be farmed if you do not want to spend too much time on it.


Titles added grind to the game, and then they were tied to skill efficiency.

The Guardian and Vanquisher/Carto titles of the first wave of titles actually showed that you experienced one aspect of the game to the fullest. All titles after that were pure grind titles.

Drunkard and Sweet Tooth imo. Drunkard is just look how long I was AFK! Though playing with your player drunk is fun too. Sweet tooth is just a money drain or alot of farming during special events.

Hahaha...so true...but I don't agree with the people that say everything in the game is worthless. I mean pretty much every MMO is a grind if you want anything decent, GW is just following that trend. If everything was easy to obtain, then people would have quit a long, long time ago. But here we are, still posting/reading GWG forums regularly and complaining about the title grinds but doing it anyway...seems like ANet has succeeded :P

I disagree, the playerbase is crap right now and they may keep the same number of players but 99% of them think using UB is skillfull, secondly what is it with people wanting titles? I dont understand, I got guardian of cantha on my paragon and thought right now to use the same skillbar, against the same intelligence of foe in 45 other missions with the only difference being stupid cut scenes and scenery? Then again if you have god amongst mere mortals youll get pms like WOW NIce, wait that was WOW NERd.

WOW as in WHOA not WOW as in the overrated crappiest silliest kids child infested non grown up game graphics designed by a 8 year old stevie wonder.
